071127 Jesus’ Jewels of Joy #4

During this period until Christmas, in which we are giving the Rosary of Faith each day focusing on the Psalms, beloved Jesus will also bless and guide our meditation each morning with twelve aphorisms and commentary conveying the spirit of joy, entitled Jewels of Joy.

May your day be blessed and graced with joy as you meditate upon today’s jewels from the heart of Jesus:

• The perfect venue for joy is every moment.

• By its frankness joy is the enemy of injustice, which it vanquishes through the light of truth.

• Experiencing joyous laughter with its release of tension is the right of every striving Servitor after each day’s victory has been forged.

• Responding to those in need is the daily joy of every bodhisattva.

• Joy is at the heart of the Creator’s promise of eternal life to those who live in the presence of love all-ways.

• To relinquish joy is to let go of life itself. Having once glimpsed the fires of creation, nothing can keep you from entering its eternal flow-field.

• The founding fathers were mindful in their deliberations in discerning how their efforts would bring joy to vast numbers of future Americans.

• The products of joy are ambivalence toward the ego and acceptance of the Now.

• Joy is never divisive, so laugh before all difficult negotiations to create divine opportunity for a new unity.

• The presumptuous have surrendered the spontaneity of joyous experiences to the demands of caustic judgments.

• Plagiarize the Lord’s sense of joy in all that you write upon akasha.

• Following the lead of the Prince of Peace, don the garment of grace to bring joy and peace to the world.
